Accenture recently visited Banasthali Vidhyapith, Jaipur. Total of approximate 270 students appeared for the process. Company recruited 30 students.

Written Test:

 There were 52 questions in aptitude test. Cut off was 34.

Pattern of paper was same as last year papers.

There were 3 sections.

1. English

    -It consist 2 paragraphs.

    -Articles

    -Prepositions.

    -Choose the word nearest in meaning to the word in ITALICS from the given options.

2. Reasoning

    -eligibility test

3. Analytical Ability:

    -work days type questions.

    -blood relations related questions.

    -train based questions.

    -direction based questions

    -pipes & cisterns based questions

    - Statements and conclusions based questions

    -If * stands for /, / stands for -,+ stands for * and -stands for +, then 9/8*7+5-10=?

  - Age based questions.

  There were options A. first two are alike.

                                  B. First and third are alike.

                                  C. Second and third are alike.

                                  D. All are alike.

                                  E. None are alike 

Example:

  -LLMLLLKLMPUU, LLMLLLKLMPUU, LLMLLLKLMPUU?

Aptitude test was very easy.

Technical interview

I entered into room and greeted him with smile.

After greeting he asked me something about myself?

Then he asked about my family background.

After having a view of my CV he asked me about my project which i did in my MCA 4th SEM.

After that he asked about my project which i did in Bsc.3rd yr. ("c"-graphics).

Then he asked about my DBMS project, and then he asked me to write sum quarries from my project.

(When i was doing queery he disturbed me a lot. Like he offered me tea, water....)

Then he asked my favorite language?

I told him "C".(although I know other languages but I was confident about ‘C’. All those who say Java, Shell were trapped)

But he asked OOP's concept.

---Some definitions of Abstraction, encapsulation, inheritance...etc.

Then he asked me to write a program of array:

Definition of integer, float, char, string?

Type casting in "c".

At last sir asked me ..do u want to ask any question?

then I said .."if could have a chance to join the Accenture then what improvements i need to work on"..

He said "technical is strong but somewhere yours’ logical power is not much good. All the best.

HR interview:

1. Tell me about yourself in 5 lines only.

2. What is team work?

3. If you are a team leader then how would you will resolve the conflicts b/w team members?

4. If you have a work in team with 5 days deadline...all is going well but on 4th night u found a problem which can’t be corrected in a night, then what you will do?

5. Are you locatable?

6. Location constraint?
