Shortlisting: Short listing of CV has been done on basis of CGPA only.
Interview:
Interview was based on technical questions and very few lesser important HR questions. Technical Questions are varying from basic to in-depth. Summer Training has much higher part in interview. Most of questions were asked related to Vocational/summer training of the candidate. Candidates must prepare some of subjects as favorite ones and go through them thoroughly.
Sample questions:
1. Tell about your family.
2. Why do you want to join us?
3. What job will you do?
The technical questions were related to the respective branches of the students. they also questions on the training or the project(s) undertaken by the student"
