Placement Process Detail:
The process followed by Mahindra & Mahindra was:
1) Shortlisting on the basis of GPA (CGPA>6)
2) Written test
3) Group Discussion
4) Personal interview
There were three rounds.
1st was written which consisted of 3 parts- technical, auto passion & aptitude.
2nd was group discussion.
And the last 3rd technical round which was the toughest.
They took interview up to 1hr and it was pure technical.
Results:
Total offers made – 9 (ME-1, BE-8)
