Views about Tech Mahindra :
Tech M offers three months of initial program of rigorous training for all those who do not have industry experience. Tech M facilitates learning by providing on job training to meet the job requirements. However, the current scenario does not encourage much onsite opportunities in Tech M and the percentage is coming down as clients are focusing on downsizing. Although there was reduction in work from client side but the work quality was maintained. Tech M gives equal importance to other things for recreation such as they play a movie every Friday evening and encourages employees to take part in other cultural and sports event.
Positive and Encouraging views about the company
The training programs offered by Tech M is one of the best across all IT companies which ensures that the employees are always updated with the latest technologies and applications needed to give their best to the job.
Some places where Tech M still need to work on
It needs to work on proper resource utilization and allocation according to the skills.
Recommendations:
For people who like to chill ‘strong yes’. If you are having great aspirations then Tech M is really not a good learning place for you. May be for a year or two you will learn but the learning curve will be smooth after that.
