IBM offers three months of initial program of rigorous training for all those who do not have industry experience. IBM facilitates learning by providing on job training to meet the job requirements. Looking at current situation onsite opportunities are less and also bench time is certainly increased. IBM culture is well known in industry and they focus in development of their employees. Global cultural environment prevails and many recreational activities throughout year is common at IBM.

The training program offered by IBM is quite renowned in industry. IBM with is history of more than 100 years has been a big name and will give career a right boost in initial years.

For people who like to join big names ‘strong yes’. IBM is average learning place and for people who just want a career in IT IBM is quite a good place to work. If you are one from top 10 institute of this country and have CS/IT background IBM doesn’t offer that good profile.
