The talent in Headstrong is pretty good. Most of them are from IIT’s. However this trend is changing slowly. The appraisal system is not effective as it tends to be biased at some points. Also, improvements are required in managing the employees. They are not a pay master but had a decent brand in Financial Services industry.   There are also On-site opportunities but they are mainly for Consultants and above. If you are a fresher then don’t expect to go on-site for two years, unless you are super-duper lucky. If one wants the exposure in finical domain Headstrong is good company to begin with. There are also source of recreations like Gym, TT etc and relax room. So all in all, if you want to prepare for higher studies (GMAT, CAT etc.), its not a bad option as work culture is cool here with not much of workload. The best thing would be to stay for one year and then fulfill your wishes.     Positive and Encouraging views about the company  Good exposure to technology behind investments banks. Cool type work culture. High intellectual peer group .   Recommendations:  If one is looking ahead for his career in technical side then headstrong is not the right place to begin his career with. For someone who has higher aspirations, headstrong might be the good place as one gets ample free time.
